Cloudbooking delivers Google Calendar Integration

Cloudbooking today announced it has completed work on the integration of its services with G-Suite, giving clients the ability to book and manage their workspace via their Google Calendar.

London UK, February 2019 – Cloudbooking, a leading agile workplace software supplier, today announced it has completed work on the integration of Cloudbooking services with G-Suite, giving clients the ability to book and manage their workspace via their Google Calendar. Cloudbooking has been serving businesses with its Microsoft Outlook Exchange integration since September 2018, but with this latest G-Suite release, enterprise level clients now have even more options for efficient and effective collaboration, using Google calendar as their primary room booking and space management tool.

Cloudbooking now offers a cloud-based interface to suit any business, whether their preference is G-Suite or Microsoft Outlook Exchange, allowing its users to manage meeting rooms direct from their preferred calendars. As early innovators who set the pace, Cloudbooking is already working on the next phase of updates which will include additional features and functionality, further enabling clients to increase workspace utilisation and improve employee satisfaction.

Clients using G-Suite Integration will benefit from:

  • Automatic integration between Google Calendars and Cloudbooking via the browser, mobile app, digital signage and Google calendar;
  • View attendee availability via the web or mobile;
  • User-friendly access to workspace availability, allowing easy comparison of room and invitee availability for a seamless scheduling experience;
  • Invitation details sent directly to the attendees’ Gmail and appointments automatically added to their Google Calendars;
  • External visitors automatically receive notification with maps, directions and QR code for automated check-in.
