Therefore it is possible that not all functions shown in this guide will be applicable to you portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"general\"><strong>General Details<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>My Account<\/strong> tab can be used to update your details such as your name and phone number. If you need these changing please contact the Cloudbooking Support team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"defaultsite\"><strong>Default Site<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your company portal has more than one site, then you can add a <strong>Default Site<\/strong>. If the desk is permanently assigned to you then you can select <strong>No End Date<\/strong> rather than adding an<br>end date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img edit simply select the entry you would like to edit in the table to open the <strong>Edit Assignment<\/strong> box, make your changes and select <strong>Save<\/strong> to complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to delete the desk assigned to you, select the bin icon next to your assigned desk and confirm that you would like to delete the desk assignment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"deskavailable\"><strong>Making an assigned desk available to book<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are going on annual leave and wish to make your desk available for colleagues to book in your absence, you can do this by selecting <strong>Edit Desk Availability<\/strong> in <strong>My Account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img
