The screen will also display <strong>AMBER<\/strong> for a period of time, just before and after the meeting is due to finish. \u2018Extend\u2019<br>icon, by tapping this you can extend your meeting in 15 minute intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"booknow\">Need to book this room today?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If the room is available to book it will display <strong>GREEN<\/strong>, you can book by tapping the <strong>BOOK NOW<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure The bar along the bottom indicates when the room is free by displaying GREEN.<br><br>You can only use \u2018Book Now\u2019 or extend your meeting during these GREEN slots.<br><br>RED indicates the room is already booked on the system and therefore not available.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"today\"><strong>Viewing today&#8217;s bookings<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can view all of the bookings for the room today by selecting the todays bookings icon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
