At Cloudbooking Limited (“We”)  take your privacy seriously. Any information you provide will be used solely for the purposes of dealing with your request/query and will not be passed to a third party under any circumstances. By filling in your contact details we assume you would like us to contact you. In the interests of transparency, we do require you to tick the boxes on our contact form to indicate your explicit consent for us to contact you and whether that is by email, phone or both. Your information will be held for a maximum of 6 months during which time we may follow up on your initial enquiry. The tick box will also allow you to indicate you also consent to us holding your information beyond our initial response. Cloudbooking Limited fully complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulations effective 25th May 2018.

This policy (together with our terms of use, a copy of which can be viewed on our website), and any other documents referred to in it sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.

This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

1 Information we may collect from

1.1 We may collect and process the following data about you:
1.1.1 Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site http://www.CloudBooking.com/ (our site). This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a competition or promotion and when you report a problem with our site.
1.1.2 If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
1.1.3 We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
1.1.4 Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders.
1.1.5 Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.

2 IP Addresses

We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

4 Where we store your personal data

We will only store your data in secure encrypted format on UK based servers. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

5 Use Made of the Information

5.1 We use information held about you in the following ways:
5.1.1 To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer;

Please note that we may process your personal data for more than one lawful ground depending on the specific purpose for which we are using your data. Please contact us if you need details about the specific legal ground we are relying on to process your personal data.

We will only use your personal data for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose. If you wish to get an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purpose, please contact us.

6 Your rights

6.1 You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data for marketing purposes. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data for such purposes. Request access to your personal data (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

Request correction of the personal data that we hold about you. This enables you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.

Request erasure of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal data where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal data to comply with local law. 8 Access to Information

You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk). We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you approach the ICO so please contact us in the first instance.
