Using Multi Factor Authentication is a way to verify a user’s identity by requiring at least two forms of proof, making it significantly more difficult for unauthorised individuals to gain access to sensitive information.

Cloudbooking Multi Factor Authentication enables users to log in securely using their email address, password and a one-time code.

Logging in

Access your account using the portal URL.

You will now be on the log in screen.

Enter your email address and password and click ‘Log in’

You will then be prompted to enter a six digit code and click ‘Verify’

The code will have been sent to you via email.

If the code is entered incorrectly, you will receive an error message.

To resend the code, click ‘Resend Code’ a new code will be sent via email.

The code will only be valid for a pre-configured amount of time before it will expire.

If you enter the code incorrectly three times in a row, you will be locked out and your account disabled. In this event, please contact your help desk for assistance.
