On the floor plan view, Rooms and Desks appear on the screen within Cloudbooking as coloured Pins. Each colour defines the availability of each.

Rooms are shown as a square pin and desks are shown as a round pin.

Pin Colours

Blue are your own bookings

Green are available to book

Red are booked by others

Black are private bookings

Grey have restrictions applied and can only be booked by authorised users or are unavailable at the specified time for all users.
