The Resource Bookings report is used to identify resource bookings made within a specific time frame.

Columns/Fields

Booking ID
A unique, system generated Cloudbooking ID

Resource Type
Desk or Room

Name
Resource name

Site Group
Site group the resource is located in (eg. UK, USA)

Site
The specific site where the resource is located (eg. London, Wall Street)

Area
The area of the site where the resource is located (eg. floor 1, floor 2)

Timezone
IANA Timezone configured on the site

Created Date
Date the booking was created

Created Time
Time the booking was created

Start Date
Start date of booking

Start Time
Start time of the booking

End Date
End date of the booking

End Time
End time of the booking

Booking Title
Booking title/display name (e.g. Monthly Board Meeting). If booking a desk and no title is added the bookers name will be used as the display name

Created by
Name of user who created the booking (e.g. Smith, John)

Created by email
The email address of the user who created the booking.

Private Booking
If the booking is made as private, end users cannot see details of the booking on the grid or floorplan view unless the relevant user permissions are enabled. True = it is a private booking, False = it is not a private booking.

Department
The department of the user who created the booking (e.g. Human Resources)

Attendee Count
Number of attendees (This refers to room booking only)

On behalf of
Name of person resource is booked on behalf of (e.g. Smith, John)

Repeat details
Repeat schedule if repeats are booked

Booking status
Abandoned – A booking which has been made but not been confirmed by clicking Book within a 15-minute period
Cancelled – A booking that has been cancelled by clicking the Cancel Booking button after being confirmed
Confirmed – The user has clicked Book to confirm the booking
Curtailed – A booking that has been checked out, whether automatically by the system or by the user clicking the check-out button
Pending – A booking where a user has clicked on the pin or grid but has not yet clicked Book to confirm.
Update pending – A booking which has already been made and confirmed, but a user has accessed it and edited the date and time. An update is in progress but has not been saved yet

CheckIn Time
The time the booking was checked into

Checkout Time
The time that the booking was checked out

Last modified by
Person who last modified booking (if applicable)

Last modified date
Last modified date (If applicable)

Last modified time
Last modified time (If applicable)

Checked out by
User who checked out of booking

PLEASE NOTE – Records are initially sorted by Start date/time (from soonest date to latest date)
