The Resource Utilisation report is used to understand how resources are being used. This information can help to calculate how space is being used.

Columns/Fields
Resource type
Room or desk
Name
The name of the resource
Site group
Site group the resource is located in (eg. UK, USA)
Site
The specific site where the resource is located (eg. London, Wall Street)
Area
The area of the site where the resource is located (eg. floor 1, floor 2)
Hours available
Service hours for the resource (within date range)
Hours booked
The number of hours that are booked against the resource – detailed to quarter of an hour (within date range)
Hours occupied
The number of hours that users have been checked into the resource (if the resource is auto curtailed, it is assumed that it hasn’t been occupied)
Resource utilisation %
Hours occupied vs Hours available
Avg. booking duration (mins)
Total booking mins / number of bookings
Avg. occupancy duration (mins)
Total checked in time / number of bookings
Number of bookings
Total number of bookings (within date range)
Check out minutes saved
Number of minutes saved by the booking being checked out early
