Pin colours
Pin colours for past bookings
On the floor plan view, Rooms and Desks appear on the screen within Cloudbooking as coloured Pins. Each colour defines the availability of each.
Rooms are shown as a square pin and desks are shown as a round pin.
Pin colours
Blue are your own bookings
Green are available to book
Red are booked by others
Yellow are unavailable due to COVID restrictions
Black are private bookings
Grey have restrictions applied and can only be booked by authorised users or are unavailable at the specified time for all users
Pin colours for past bookings
If you are looking at the floor plan view for a date that is in the past you may still see coloured pins however these colours indicate something slightly different than the above.
Blue pin – Your booking in the past
Red pin – The resource was booked by someone else
Grey pin – This resource was free to book and not occupied OR the resource was restricted/unavailable to book
Black pin – A private booking
