The Resource report enables the user to see the list of resources and their availability status.

Columns/Fields

Name
Resource name (e.g. Desk 1 or Meeting Room 1)

Resource Type
Desk/Room/Parking

Description
Description of the resource (e.g. Parking space with electric charging facilities)

Site group
Site group the resource is located in (eg. UK, USA)

Site
The specific site where the resource is located (eg. London, Wall Street)

Area
The area of the site where the resource is located (eg. floor 1, floor 2)

Enabled
Whether the resource enabled or not? (True=Yes/False=No)

Unavailable until further notice
Whether the resource unavailable until further notice (True=Yes/False=No)

Unavailable dates
Dates the resource is unavailable (if applicable)

Unavailable category
Unavailability category (Due to Covid, etc.)

Fixed equipment
List of fixed equipment for the resource (e.g. Projector, Telephone)

Restrictions
List of restrictions against the resource/are only a specific user group able to book this resource (e.g. Reception)

Setup & Cleardown
Setup and cleardown facility enabled (True=Yes/False=No)

Setup time (mins)
Setup minutes (if applicable) – 15 min increments

Cleardown time (mins)
Cleardown minutes (if applicable) – 15 min increments

Disabled access
Resource has disabled access (True=Yes/False=No)

Capacity
Max number of people a room can hold (room only)

Filters

PLEASE NOTE: Records are initially sorted by the following columns in priority as follows:

  1. Resource type (in alphabetical order A-Z)
  2. Site group (in alphabetical order A-Z)
  3. Site (in alphabetical order A-Z)
  4. Area (in alphabetical order A-Z)
  5. Resource name (in alphabetical order A-Z)
