It was essential to deploy the desk and room booking system to support workers return to the office safely amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

It was also necessary to provide customizations for the CCG with SSO configurations for mobile and portal due to the use of nhs.net across multiple NHS portals that required an employee ID set up and SCIM user provisioning to manage the business as usual onboarding process seamlessly.

The use of the platform and booking system including QR functionality has given staff flexibility to be able to continue to use our office space safely and securely during the pandemic, supporting those who were not able to work from home all of the time.
