The health and welfare of our staff and our clients is of the utmost importance to us, as it is for all responsible employers.  With this in mind, and the focus on Coronavirus, we would like to take the opportunity to set out Cloudbooking’s position as things currently stand.

We would firstly like to reassure you that the number of cases of the virus in the UK remains very low, as does the risk of exposure. However, we appreciate that the situation has been developing quickly and events may force us all to modify our regular behaviour in the coming weeks and months.

Cloudbooking has always operated as a remote business, with all our staff working from home or operating from our London office as required. Unfortunately, we live in uncertain times and to make sure we protect the health and welfare of our staff, our customers and partners, as well as our wider community, we have taken the decision to ban all but absolutely essential travel for everyone at Cloudbooking, with immediate effect.

At Cloudbooking we have developed a series of tools to assist organisations to become more agile and we pride ourselves on having a predominately home-based workforce, so we are in a position to implement this temporary policy without too much impact. We face a lot of uncertainty in the coming weeks and months, but we can hopefully help contain this crisis by following official advice and using common sense.

Cloudbooking will utilise a variety of digital communication tools in order to continue supporting our clients and partners. Our own internal communication policy is focused on delivering effective and efficient collaboration via video calls on Microsoft Teams and we will ensure we apply this best practice to all other forms of digital communications.

Thank you for your continued support and for being a very valued Cloudbooking client and partner. We value our relationship with you and want to be sure that we all play our part to support our community and one another at this time.
